GreenLog

For golf clubs and tournament organizers

The tournament leaderboard, live, from a photo of the scorecard.

Each team or player photographs their scorecard, at the turn or at the end, and the leaderboard updates itself on the club screens and on everyone’s phone, with the sponsors always in view. And every member or player keeps their scorecards, history and stats.

Real leaderboard from the Max Capital Golf Tour, September 20, 2026, as shown in the clubhouse.

How it works

Three steps, no app to install.

  1. 1

    Photo of the scorecard

Every team or player has their own link or QR code. Open it, take the photo, done. Upload as many photos as you like during the round, front and back nine separately and in any order: the leaderboard shows the holes read so far.

  2. 2

    Automatic reading

GreenLog reads the strokes hole by hole, works out gross, handicap and net according to the tournament format and applies the tie-breaks. If something was misread, it is reviewed and corrected from the same phone, and the club validates.

  3. 3

    Leaderboard in real time

The table reorders instantly on the TV, the projector or the phone, with player faces and the sponsor strip. Complete cards first; the ones still out on the course are marked as partial.

What you get

Everything that happens in the tournament, on one screen.

  • Live leaderboard

On TV, projector or phone: positions, front nine, back nine, gross, handicap and net. It rotates through pages and categories on its own and updates the moment a card comes in.

  • As many photos as needed

Whole card, front nine or back nine, in any order. When a photo is replaced, the previous one is kept. If a card cannot be read, the club can enter it by hand.

  • Formats and handicap

Stroke play, stableford, match play, four-ball, foursome, scramble and eclectic; individual or team play, over 9 or 18 holes, with several rounds and a cut. WHS handicap with each format’s allowance, team handicap and a per-hole cap.

  • Tie-breaks

Countback over the round, the last 9, 6, 3 and 1 holes; lowest handicap first; shared position; or whatever order the club decides.

  • Podium, prizes and draws

At the close, the screen turns into the podium with the winners’ photo and the prizes per position. Draws happen live, with a spinning wheel of names and confetti, per player or per team.

  • Sponsors and club branding

Sponsor strip always visible, main sponsor, club and tournament logos, colors and background photo. Before the first card arrives, the screen presents the main sponsor and the teams.

  • History and stats

The club keeps every tournament. Each player can revisit the photo of their scorecard, go over the round hole by hole and follow their average, best round and their birdies, pars and bogeys. Practice rounds too.

  • For the club

Tee times by hole and time, links per team or per player, bulk photo upload, invitations, yearly ranking by category, Chromecast to any TV in the clubhouse, and everything in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Why GreenLog

Golf is still golf. Everything else changes.

On the course, nothing changes

The paper scorecard, the quiet and the focus, as always. Nobody has to keep typing into a phone or checking it on every hole: a photo whenever they like, and the leaderboard is there for whoever wants to look. At the end, the close gets lively and fun: leaderboard, podium, prizes and draws on screen, with everyone watching.

Fewer people, fewer hours

The club runs itself: players upload their own cards, the leaderboard builds itself and the podium, prizes and draws come out of the same screen. That saves hours of data entry, closing and analysis, and the overtime of tournament day.

All year round

Much more than tournament day: the platform for the club and every member.

GreenLog is not only for tournaments. Every member has an account, uploads the scorecards of their everyday rounds and signs up for the next tournament; the club manages courses, members, tournaments and screens from one place.

Every member’s dashboard: rounds, average, best round and score distribution.
If the reading was not perfect, it is corrected hole by hole from the phone.
Club dashboard on desktop: tournament list and the leaderboard of a two-round open with a cut
The club: its tournaments, the leaderboard with cut and tie-break, players, prizes and cards.

For every member

  • Uploads the scorecard of any round, tournament or practice, with a photo from the phone.
  • History of all their scorecards with the original photo, filterable by course, tournament and date.
  • Stats: average, best round, total strokes and how many birdies, pars and bogeys.
  • Signs up on their own for the club’s tournaments, or accepts an invitation by email or link.
  • Club ranking by category: general, senior, junior, ladies and professionals.
  • Profile with handicap index and membership number; the app installs on the phone and works offline.

For the club

  • Tournaments closed to members or open to players from other clubs, with a mandatory membership number if needed.
  • Any format: individual or team play, stroke play, stableford, match play, four-ball, foursome, scramble or eclectic.
  • Courses with their tees, yardages, par and stroke index; teams with tee times by hole and time.
  • Scorecards by photo, bulk upload, validation and manual entry when needed.
  • Sponsors, prizes per position and draws, with the clubhouse screen on any TV via Chromecast.
  • Members, membership numbers, categories and club administrators; everything in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

The close

Podium, prizes, draws and sponsors, on screen.

When the tournament closes, the same screen turns into the podium: winners with their photo, prizes per position with their sponsor and the animated draw, while the sponsor strip keeps running below.

After the tournament

Everything is kept.

  • The club keeps the history of every tournament, with results, scorecards and winners.
  • Each player can look at the photos of their scorecard whenever they want and go over the round hole by hole.
  • Stats on how they have been playing: average, best round and how many birdies, pars and bogeys.
